Oh lord.

How have I never thought of this?? I blatantly (albeit stupidly) just accepted the fact that I couldn't add children to a programmaticSkin because Adobe is evil and wouldn't want you to have nifty animated skins!

This is a wonderful idea, thanks!

Hey Ricahrd

We knocked out a SpriteBorder and SpriteProgrammticSkin specifically for this some time ago ;)

http://www.tink.ws/blog/adding-children-to-skins-spriteborder-spriteprogrammaticskin/

The skin also has access to the button, so yu can get at its label prop and the styles etc.
